I had a wonderful experience w Dr Whitten. I work long hrs at work and I was late for my apt. Dr Whitten stayed late in his office and waited for me. He gave me a thorough ear exam w excellent clean equipments. And explained the different functions of the different parts of the ear. Very professional young man. Very clean pleasant office and staff. Explained the different hearing divices and reason for the wide range of fees. His fees are not expensive also. Very pleasant visit instead of another chore. Learnt a lot.

Maria did a wonderful job for me today. She not only cleaned my hearing aids, but she retrained me on using all of the programs. Then she printed out instructions so that I would remember them. Great visit.

So far working with Christopher the Audiologist in Bedford has been a very good experience, he was very helpful and kind, much better than our meeting with the Audiologist in Middleburgh Hts named Alex who only cared about making money for himself!!

The audiologist, Pete, was very helpful. He changed the small piece that covers the hearing instrument (the part that enters the ear) because he said that the one I had was too small. He was friendly and told me to return with any problems. The receptionist (Lisa?) was very friendly as well. She had helped me on a previous visit when I had a problem pairing the device with my cell phone. The Brookgate office is very convenient for me to get to and I like the employees. The above paragraph was prepared by me after my initial visit. I thought that I had previously posted this review. My visit today was also very good, worthy of 5 stars as well. The only difference on this visit was that I met with Pete Fox only, with no interaction with the receptionist. Very professional and friendly employees at Reserve Hearing!

You previously did and I inquired and the Audiologist said she asked for them but they weren’t sent to her. I am loving my new hearing aids. Thanks for a great hearing instrument.

My Mom recently passed away and I called to see if her (nearly new) hearing aids could be reprogrammed for a woman at church. The answer was yes, and when we appeared for our appointment, the staff was SO lovely. Not just helpful, but adept. The lady who received Mom's hearing aids can now hear everything at church (and home). 5-stars for sure. Hard to find compassionate, wonderful customer service these days, but they provided it!

Took my mother to Reserve Hearing Center in Mentor. The service was excellent! The provider was very thorough. Explained the test results in great detail, and gave us recommendations on what type of hearing aid would help with her type of loss. They worked with my mothers insurance, and allowed us to demo a pair first, to make sure that the specific model hearing aid was something she could get comfortable with. Did research on the company prior to my appointment, and all positive feedback! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. Nice job.
