So far working with Christopher the Audiologist in Bedford has been a very good experience, he was very helpful and kind, much better than our meeting with the Audiologist in Middleburgh Hts named Alex who only cared about making money for himself!!

Christopher Whitten is efficient and professional he was patient with my elderly mother when showing her how to put on and take care of her new hearing aids.

Took our mom here thinking her hearing aids no longer worked. Christopher cleaned them and they worked very well. He did some diagnostics and explained everything. He was personable, knowledgeable, and we ordered rechargeable hearing aids for mom which he recommended at no extra cost (insurance covered). The whole experience far exceeded our expectations! Recommend highly!

AWESOME staff! They Eplained everything step by step and results of my test, and when my earning aids will arrive! Very friendly and polite staff! I'm looking forward to receive my hearing aids. .. I've received my hearing aids! Brittany & Mr. Fox are AMAZING! They both are very polite, caring, friendly and sincerely listened to me, when I had a question.

Ì recently went to Reserve Hearing Center for my one month check to see how I was doing with my Hearing aides. Dr Vanessa ask about my experiences and actually was able to make some adjustments to make the experience even better. This place is great!!!.

They are great people. Always kind and take time with customers 😉. And good setting up your appointments. They are Great 👍.

Very friendly front desk receptionist. The audiologist Vanessa was friendly and efficient. Told me about the issues and procedures. Fast service and solved my issue where there is a small piece of soap in my ear tunnel. She also cleared my other ear’s dirt. Which was a bonus. Finally she cleaned and change my wax guard. What great service! Thanks Chris Whitten for a great company and great service. And the price is so reasonably you can’t believe! I will recommend Reserve Hearing to anyone with a 5 STAR RATING! A big thank you!!!

Chris the audiologist is very knowledgeable and always takes his time to make sure he explains everything. Spends a lot of time when you go back to get your hearing aids. Was referred to this office by my insurance and honestly didn't like the fact that I couldn't choose my audiologist. I couldn't have been more pleased with my first visit! The minute we walked in the door everyone made us feel welcome. Chris was phenomenal, honest, straight-forward, witty and knowledgeable. Cannot wait to get my hearing aids!!
